After unveiling the character posters of the ensemble cast, the makers of Uunchai are all geared up to drop the trailer of the forthcoming film.
Taking to Instagram, actress Parineeti Chopra shared the film’s poster and wrote, “Humbled to be a part of this special ensemble! Here we come. Trailer Out Tomorrow! Make way for #Uunchai on 11.11.22.”
Uunchai, written and directed by Sooraj Barjatya and produced by Rajshri Productions in collaboration with Boundless Media and Mahaveer Jain Films, stars Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Parineeti Chopra, Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta, Abhishek Singh Pathania, Sheen Dass, and Nafisa Ali. The film revolves around the friendship between senior citizens and is set for theatrical release on November 11.
The film also marks Sooraj Barjatya’s comeback to direction after a seven-year hiatus. His last directorial was the 2015 film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
Apart from Uunchai, Amitabh Bachchan has Ganapath, Ghoomer, The Umesh Chronicles, and Project K in the pipeline. He was last seen in the drama Goodbye, which received a good response from the audience and critics alike. Parineeti Chopra, on the other hand, was last seen in the Ribhu Dasgupta directorial Code Name: Tiranga. She also has Capsule Gill in the kitty.
