The Way Of Water’ Trailer Out, Witnesses The Battle To Save Pandora. Watch The Video Inside!

Avatar: The Way of Water will soon get a fresh appearance.! On Wednesday, November 2, the most recent first-look trailer for the eagerly anticipated sequel made its debut, inviting the globe back to Pandora more than ten years after the first movie.

The action-adventure picture from director James Cameron picks up with Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) as they battle to defend Pandora from the outer world once more. Nearly 13 years have passed since James Cameron originally released the Avatar film, which became the most successful film of all time. His plans for the franchise’s future, which involve four sequels, two of which are already fully filmed, have taken up a significant portion of the last ten years.

James Cameron’s eagerly awaited blockbuster sequel’s first teaser was released by Disney earlier this year, and it featured a lot of Avatar 2’s jaw-dropping special effects. Though, the story of the sequel was only hinted at in the teaser. As the sequel introduces a new Na’vi colony on Pandora, much of Avatar: The Way of Water takes place in or around water.

What the studio had to say about the Winter holiday hit is as follows, “Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, “Avatar: The Way of Water” begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive,  and the tragedies they endure. Directed by James Cameron and produced by Cameron and Jon Landau, the film stars Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement and Kate Winslet.”

The much-anticipated sequel’s ultimate running time will be approximately three hours and ten minutes, according to a Friday report from The Hollywood Reporter that cited unnamed sources. According to THR, The Way of Water will be around 29 minutes longer than James Cameron, 68,’s original 2009 movie. According to BoxOfficeMojo, the duration of the fourth-highest grossing movie in American box office history, Avatar, was two hours and 41 minutes.

The duration of the future film has not yet been disclosed by 20th Century and Disney, although some cinemas unintentionally posted it on their websites when Avatar 2 received a PG-13 rating in the U.S., according to THR.
