Superstar Sanjay Dutt is going on a tour of America and Canada with his show ‘Sanju Baba Chale America’. Sanjay will be accompanied by his co-stars from the Munna Bhai franchise Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani in this live concert. Now Shehnaz Gill is also going out to have fun with Sanjay and Arshad in this tour. Apart from Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Shehnaaz Gill, Boman Irani, Mouni Roy, Manish Paul, Singer Neeti Mohan, Isha Kopikar and Amit Mishra are also going on this tour. Concerts for this tour will take place in Toronto, the Bay Area, Dallas, Atlanta, New Jersey and Washington DW. The show was supposed to start in August 2022.
Mid-day had, however, reported in August that the show had been unexpectedly cancelled (It’s a no-show, Aug 28). While some claimed that the producers ran into practical problems when their plans for the artists’ block dates couldn’t be matched, others put the blame on weak ticket sales.
While the event’s organisers were giving refunds to ticket holders, It has since been discovered that the organisers want to hold the shows the following year. “The team has decided to move the tour to March 2023. Prep for the shows will start well in advance,” said a Mid-day source.
Mehboob Haider, president of Splendid Global Entertainment Inc., said when approached by midday regarding the organisers: “There are rumours about the show being cancelled; these are completely false. The show is definitely on track, and has been moved to March. They will be held in the US and Canada, as planned.”
Talking about projects, Sanjay Dutt was last seen in the film ‘Shamshera’. He was seen competing with Ranbir Kapoor. This film has flopped at the box office. Talking about Shehnaz Gill, she is working with Salman Khan.
