Ranveer Singh To Represent India At FIFA World Cup Final In Qatar After He Gets Invited For It. Details Inside!


Ranveer Singh, who is well-known for movies like 83, Padmaavat, Simmba, Ram Leela, Gully boy, Sooryavanshi, Band Baaja Baarat, often makes bold fashion and clothing style appearances. He has seemingly become a youth style icon, who also plays football a lot.

According to reports, Ranveer has received invitation to represent India at FIFA World cup final to be held in Qatar on December 18, which will have teams from different countries. He grooved in Adidas x Yohji Yamamoto (Y-3) campaign after French Football icon Zinedine Zidane. 

“Ranveer has become a cultural phenomenon globally. He represents the aspirational youth of India globally and is the perfect ambassador to be there at the FIFA World Cup finals. He will be there for a day and will have a host of key meetings with multiple global footballing icons who are also being finalised to attend the marquee event,” Bollywood Hungama quoted its source as saying.

Ranveer was seen at the NBA Games in Abu Dhabi where he interacted with basketball icons Shaquille O’Neal and Vince Carter and also met with the new stars Giannis Antetokounmp and Trae Young. He will be felicitated at the popular Marrakesh Film Festival with the Étoile d’or Award, previously received by the likes of celebrity figures like Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan
