Ranbir Kapoor, son of Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor and husband to Alia Bhatt, is soon going to become a father. Besides personal life, he is bracing for Animal with Rashmika Mandanna, Luv Ranjan’s untitled with Shraddha Kapoor and Brahmastra 2.
He was last seen in Brahmastra Part One opposite Alia and is enjoying its success across the globe. Being an ethical and finest actor, he abides by certain policies. One of them is that he does not find it suitable to do only solo-hero movies and multi starrer films.
Another significant policy he follows is not doing remake movies. He turned down his childhood friend Siddharth Anand’s Bang Bang movie, which is said to be a remake of Tom Cruise’s actioner Knight & Day, then it went to Hrithik Roshan. Ranbir is strict to even remakes of his late father Rishi Kapoor’s films.
“Even after the miserable box office performance of their film together Anjaana Anjaani, Ranbir was ready to work with Siddharth Anand again. However, Ranbir was dead against doing a remake, and that too of a flop Hollywood film,” ETimes quoted its source as saying.
Prior to Brahmastra, Ayan had an idea of remake of his dad’s film named Khel Khel Mein with Ranbir and Katrina Kaif but Ranbir didn’t go ahead with it while complying to his policy.
