Directed by Divya Khosla Kumar, Yaariyan, released in 2014, stars Rakul Preet Singh, Himansh Kohli, Evelyn Sharma. The romance/drama movie showcases five friends who study in a Sikkim’s college, try to win a competition in order to cease property developers from annihilating their campus.
It was reportedly made with a budget of Rs 10 crore. Yo Yo Honey Singh, Pritam worked on its music. The film was not liked by many post its release. “Cousins by blood, friends by choice! Now, there has been an announcement related to the movie, which will star Divya Khosla Kumar, Yash Dasgupta, Meezan Jafri and Pearl V Puri and will be directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, with Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar
