Jawan director Atlee Kumar and its star Shah Rukh Khan met Vijay who will be seen in an upcoming film named Varisu. Both Kumar and Khan reportedly visited the sets of the film, where they spent over two hours in discussion.
Atlee Kumar directed Jawan is an upcoming action entertainer movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Nayanthara. Sethupathi will play the antagonist opposite King Khan. It will be released on June 2, 2023 in five languages, marking Shah Rukh’s first pan India film.
Varisu, a drama film stars Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, R Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj and others. It has been decided that it will release on January 12, 2023, clashing with Prabhas, Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush. Varisu is directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju.
Notably, it’s the second meeting in a month where the trio is meeting together, giving an indication of possible collaboration. Some speculate that Vijay could play a cameo in SRK starrer Jawan, which will have Vijay Sethupathi as the main villain and Nayanthara plays the role of the female lead.
Vijay had made a cameo appearance in Prabhu Dev directorial Rowdy Rathore starring Akshay Kumar. It will be interesting to see if the collaboration happens and will surely be a treat to fans to witness it.
