Gulshan Grover Reveals Mukesh Chhabra Won’t Cast People Who Have Been There For Long, Says ‘Veteran Actors Face Difficulties….’

Another nickname for Gulshan Grover is “the badman of Bollywood.” Kesariya Vilayati and other well-known Bollywood roles were portrayed by actor Gulshan Grover, who is also known for his outspokenness. In Grover’s short film “Baj Gayi Seeti,” Gulshan made an appearance. However, Gulshan Grover did more than just identify the cause of senior performers in the film industry’s inability to find work—he also named the individual who is putting barriers in their path.

Gulshan Grover spoke with Hindustan Times and remarked, “There is this major trend the film industry . Anupam Kher told me that several film houses and a particular casting director, Mukesh Chhabra has decided not to cast people who have been in the business for a long time. Just because we have been in the business for a long time, someone feels that a person’s ability has diminished or reduced, then you are a short-term gainer.”

Gulshan Grover also threw light on the fact that senior actors are not getting the same work as before in the entertainment industry. He said, “One of my mentors, Mahesh Bhatt sahib once told me, ‘hang your gloves before these mo*******s throw you out’. The world owes me nothing. You don’t just have to reinvent but also be a trendsetter. Unless you do both, your opportunities will reduce. I have never faced that difficulty, but I see several friends who are friends facing this.”
