Don, starring megastar Shah Rukh Khan, has been in theatres for 16 years as of today October 20. Farhan Akhtar is in charge of directing the action thriller. The filmmaker shared a beautiful video on Instagram to commemorate the event. The film emphasises SRK’s well-known lines from the hit series.
Farhan took to his social media account to share a video of one of Shah Rukh Khan’s well-known dialogues on the 16th anniversary of the release of Don, “Don ke dushman ki sabse badi galti yeh hai ki who Don ka dushman hai.” Farhan also captioned, “Happy birthday Don. 16 years and counting.”
The Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival awarded Don Best Asian Film as well. A follow-up film called Don 2 was also released in 2011. Roles played by SRK, Priyanka, Boman, and Om were reprised. Soon after Farhan made this post over social media the comment section flourished with the comment only related to “Don 3” Fans are just crazy for the another part of ‘Don’. Don 2 gained a good feedback and audience support, the kind of fans demand make us feel like Don 3 will gain a good success, if made.
After ten years working on Jee Le Zaraa, Farhan is prepared to take the helm once again. Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Priyanka Chopra have major parts in it. Farhan, Reema Kagti, and his sister Zoya Akhtar will collaborate on the script.
