Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra created huge buzz pre release all over as released in more than 8000 screens worldwide. Film had widest overseas release thanks to global giant and film’s producer Disney.
Film made huge splash in India and collected 36 cr nett plus in all languages all India. Film is slated to collect 75 cr gross on day one worldwide and weekend will be mammoth.
Film was promoted heavily down south and presence of Nagarjuna in the film along with promotion by Jr NTR & S S Rajamouli helped the film big way.
Film collected close to 5.80 cr nett on day one in Telugu market which is better than 4.05 cr nett of Dhoom 3.
Film should also break lifetime record of 20 cr nett of Dhoom 3 over weekend itself which is crazy. Film is simply on rampage in south markets.
Film has started 18-20% better today and will end with 7.25-7.50 cr nett today and surely beyond 20 cr nett over weekend which is more than lifetime of any Hindi film in the state in flat three days.
