Out of 9-10 Bollywood releases, Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Doctor G was only Hindi film to open some sort of occupancy. His last couple do releases post lockdown Anek and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui ranked at box office. Here are latest box office collections of today’s release.
Ayusmhann Khurrana starrer Doctor G was biggest Hindi release out of all today and opened to mixed reviews. Film had low pre release buzz and opened to 10% opening and it was similar to Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui.
Film did grew especially in urban centres and evening shows were better than all other new releases. As per early trends it should collect around 3.50-3.75 cr nett on day one depending on late night shows.
This is good news for the film as big jumps in next two days can take it to some sort of respectability. Anything above 15 cr nett can be a good news. Though film needs 50 cr nett plus for distributor to make some money as it was sold in vicinity of 22-25 cr All India price.
