Arjun Kapoor, who is well-known for Ek Villain Returns, Half Girlfriend, Panipat, Namaste England, has been considered for Pushpa: The Rule as part 2 where he will play the role of a police official, according to reports.
It’s being said that he is in talks with the director Sukumar for it. However, neither makers nor Kapoor has made any official announcement.
Notably, when part 1 was released, he had watched the film and said, “Pushpa is not a film. It’s an experience, a juggernaut of attitude intensity and coolness put together in one smooth poetic motion picture.” “I was always Arya all these years & as a fan to see him for from Arya to Pushpa was just amazing… ‘Pushpa’ isn’t a flower it’s fire… The fire of his eyes burning on the big screen,” added Kapoor.
Pushpa – The Rise became one of the best movies, worldwide. It went well across languages in the country with each element becoming an exciting part. From ‘Oo Antava’ to ‘Srivalli’, the songs became super hits, whereas the film as well as the actors were too popularised with its release.
It’s an action-drama film directed by Sukumar. The 2 hr 59 min movie released on December 17, 2021, with fans waiting for its next part. Earlier reports suggested that Allu Arjun will begin shooting for its part 2 in mid October.
Pushpa 2 will have other old actors, including Rashmika Mandanna as its main character. “I have already started working on Pushpa 2, little of it we had already done while doing part one. We now properly sat on the dialogue version. We also went to Europe recently and have almost finished three songs,” Indian Express had quoted music director Devi Sri Prasad as saying.
“Rest of the songs are being worked upon. They are also going to start the main shoot now. We are sincerely trying our best, and I believe that will always save you. You should also not overdo; the right thing is to know how not to do the wrong thing,” he added.
